I think it was around 1980 when my school choir (Prince of Wales) which included me, sang The Unicorn song on stage with the Irish Rovers at one of their concerts at the Memorial Center in Peterborough...
That would have been so cool Hun. What a great experience that must have been for you..xoxo

I am mostly Irish and Native, with some Dutch and French for good measure. My dad's grandfather was right off the boat from Ireland. I have also spent some time in St John's, transiting mostly, but have graced the pubs there on several occasions. Always loved my stays there. And always got to hear great Irish music in the local drinkeries, no matter which ones I was in, it seemed. BTW, I got the blue Irish eyes, too.
So nice that you are also of Irish Descent and envy you for having been to St. Johns and listened to some Celtic Music while in the pubs Hun.. I have a thing for sexy men like you with blue eyes..xoxo
Celtic music is fun. I am familiar with the Unicorn Song. There is some Celtic heritage in Cape Breton also. I passed the Celtic College there and stayed at the Keltic Lodge
I mentioned the Celtic heritage that Cape Breton has above Hun. I envy you and going to college in Cape Breton and experiencing Canada's Celtic rich East Coast music there.. I honestly do.. xoxo
@author51 I didnt read close enough
@njfitguy1 No worries Hun..
I have never been to Canada's East Coast nor Newfoundland where one here will usually find Celtic Kitchen Parties with a lot of the above songs being played Live. It is on my life bucket list..
