Today's Half Nekkid Wednesday's theme is March 18 : Things that start with E or F.So it's electric fence for me, just to hit home with the two letters.
Last weekend, I had quite a deep philosophical discussion with a friend. The discussion started when I told my friend of some words said by Will Rogers, an American humourist who made his name in vaudeville. Will Rogers is alleged to have said: "There are three kinds of men. The one that learns by readin'. The few who learn by observation. The rest of them have to pee on an electric fence for themselves." I say alleged because Will Rogers died before electric fences were in common use, so I suspect, like with many a quote, he didn't say these words.
My friend said he would never pee on an electric fence. Playing devil's advocate, I decided to be an empiricist and argue that knowledge can only be gained by experience. Philosophically speaking, empiricism is a belief that knowledge only stems from sensory experience and empirical evidence. And given that my friend hadn't peed on an electric fence, I said he was in no position to argue against peeing on an electric fence.
My friend called my bluff and challenged me to pee on a nearby electric fence. I had got myself in a philosophical hole and I had to accept his challenge to save face. Below is me almost half naked peeing on an electric fence.
I can vouch that peeing on an electric fence made for a shocking experience. I will never wear an empiricist's hat again. Instead I'll rely on reading about other people's experiences and logic, otherwise I can never say that torture and war are bad things!

I had a run in with an electric fence once..when I was in the third grade if I remember right. Me and a group of kids were out exploring in the neighborhood in rural Vt. We had been exploring along a stream and come to a concrete bridge that crossed over it. We went under the bridge walking in the water about knee deep. When we got to the other side there was a wire running across from one side to the other at just the right height to make it impossible to go under without getting very wet or to go over without risking injury to certain precious parts. We knew it was an electric fence but didn't know if it was on. Me thinking I was smart did a quick brushing pass hitting the wire with my hand a couple times. I didn't feel anything other than cold hard wire.. not even the tiniest tingle. So I figured okay it must be off. I proceeded to grab the wire with both hands to push it down far enough to step over to the other side. At that moment several thoughts passed through my mind at lightening speed. First was "oh fuck." Second was "damn I can't let go." Third was "mother fucker that hurts." Oddly another thought that went through my mind about this time was "I must be faster than lightening" because I hadn't felt anything when I had tested with my quick hand touch. I don't know just how long it was before I finally let go but it seemed like a very long time. I learned a lesson that day. Electric fences are always on period..never think otherwise. Electricity and water is a very bad mix. Fortunately I didn't piss my pants but I sure as hell felt that electricity in my arms and legs for a while afterwards. After that experience any mention of pissing on an electric fence brought shivers to my body and the sure knowledge that I would never be that stupid again. LOL

In my younger days I did once pee on an electric fence - the first and definitely the last time!
I have touched an electric fence many times (not on purpose). I never peed on one.
Peeing on is far worse than touching an electric fence!
I can remember my first time with an electric fence. I was 6 or 7. I remember having a contest with my younger brother on who could hold on longer. I think I won.
In my time with a herd of sheep, I found that their coats (Hair sheep) insulated them from feeling a shock. What you needed was an electric MESH fence. (Not me or my sheep in photo)
I can see that woolly sheep wouldn't be easily shocked by an electric fence.
@spunkycumfun The idea with the mesh is that they touch it with their nose which is quite sensitive.

@spunkycumfun My sheep figured out if they ran over it "en masse" it didn't hurt. As long as they had food and water, they were OK with the fence. Leave them in a pen too long (get hungry) they were out of there and on to greener pastures.

Peeing on an electric fence doesn’t sound like a particularly brilliant idea! Then again… I suppose it’s not quite the same as sitting on the electric chair with the electrodes attached… down there… unless, of course, there’s a skull-and-crossbones sign in the fence saying “High Voltage†every five meters… 😄

I think peeing on an electric fence could be worse for a woman than a man.
I wonder if anyone has cummed on an electric fence and if that would be safe. Oh the strange things that pop into my mind. By the way, I would never try that. 😜
