From october to january my life was absolute.Hell, real life & online.

Because of this, I went into a fibro flare
And stay in it for months

I've just now come out of it completely

& january was a very hard month because of the cold and the ice

I've also been socially isolated for months

Because when I was on a flare, I didn't want to go anywhere

I turned down more outings

Because I was in pain

And only did those that was absolutely necessary

Let's talk about chronic illness

I am chronically ill

I have fibromyalgia, which is a pain disorder that you never get over.There is no cure.I will always be in pain

I have congestive heart failure, which i'm taking medication for

Also I have c o p d which I am taking medication for

I also have anxiety, which i'm taking medication for

I function and do the best I can

I really try to enjoy my life

I'm working very hard to put back together

I guess I am planning a soft life for myself

Because I deserve that

But let's talk about chronic illness

It doesn't just affect your body.It's slowly edits your personality

You stop being fun and spontaneous

You have to measure

How much energy you have before you can plan fun

You have to measure your energy before you can allow yourself to get excited

And it's always let me check instead of yes , i would love to go

People say you've changed in your distant, and you're negative

And they don't understand that you've had to rebuild your whole life around just staying functional
